Incu-Shaker™ 10L is a heavy-duty, incubated orbital shaker designed for large workloads and continuous use. Its outstanding temperature accuracy and uniformity are supported by proprietary heat distribution technology that ensures that temperatures are precisely maintained throughout the chamber. Inconsistencies due to stratification are reduced to negligible levels and the selected temperature is precisely maintained within 0.25%, even in the corners.
The powerful brushless induction drive is designed for years of trouble-free service, even under continuous use conditions with heavy loads. Noise and vibration are minimized by an advanced, computer designed motor isolation system. Like other Incu-Shaker models, the 10L is built to last.
A standard, rubber mat platform is included and is ideal for use with tissue culture flasks, Petri dishes, staining trays and other flat vessels. The convenient MAGic Clamp™ platform is also available for use with Erlenmeyer flasks and test tube racks. What is the resolution of the speed settings?
The speed is adjustable in 1 rpm increments.
Is the Incu-Shaker™ 10L UL listed?
No, it is not UL listed, nor does it carry any equivalent certification.
Is the Incu-Shaker™ 10L CSA approved?
While the Incu-Shaker 10L does comply with all CSA requirements according to Benchmark Scientific, it has not gone through the certification process for CSA approval.
What is the internal clearance between the platform and the top of the lid?
There is 12" of vertical clearance.
Does the Incu-Shaker™ 10L allow the use of rotation or heat without the other? In other words, can you only use the heat without shaking or only use shaking without heat?
Yes, you can use either shaking or heat without the other by setting the parameter you do not want to use to zero.
